Create New Local Cache Folder

If above store cache reset option not work for you then you can create a new local cache folder and rename the old cache folder. And  Most of the times This option works and fix windows store won t open problem. To do this double click on This PC on the desktop now look for View tab and checkmark the Hidden items. Now open bellow

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache

Note: username would be your current login user account name.

Now In the LocalState folder, Look for the folder named cache if you find Cache folder, rename it Cache.old. Then create a new folder and name it Cache. If Cache folder doesn’t exist by default, simply create the empty new folder and name it Cache. Now close File Explorer and reboot windows, On next start open windows store and check problem resolved?

Re-register the Windows Store

The Store app can’t be uninstalled, so the closest we can get is to re-register it on your system. At Cortana‘s search box, type powershell,  Right click on Windows PowerShell result and select Run as administrator. This will open PowerShell window. ( PowerShell is a scripting environment that can be used to automate tasks )If you’re using Windows 10, input the following and then press Enter:

“& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + ‘AppxManifest.xml’ ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}”

If you’re using Windows 8, and 8.1 input this command instead:

Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRootWinStoreAppxManifest.XML

You can now close PowerShell, Once Restart windows and open the Store app, where hopefully your problem will have been resolved.

If all above methods failed to fix the problem, then you must run the system file checker tool to make sure any corrupted system files not causing the issue. Also, you can perform the system restore to revert back windows to the previous working state where windows working without any errors.
