Check your speaker and headphone connections for loose cables or the wrong jack.

Restart Services
Press Win + R on Run Type Services.msc and hit the enter key.
This Will open windows Services Now Scroll down and look for Windows Audio service check service is running or not. If Service is not started simply right-click and Select Start As shown below image. Or If Service Is already Running Then Right-click and select Restart To Restart the running service. If the start and restart options are grayed out it may be windows audio service is disabled. For this cause, you have to Right-click and select properties.
Change the startup type to Automatic and click on apply. Then click on Start under the Service status option. Do The same for Bellow services also.
